With 24/7 support online coaching is a great approach to fitness training. This is a complete Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching package, ideal for those looking for a custom training program and guided nutrition support to help them level up towards their goals. Whether you have a specific fat loss goal, are looking to gain lean muscle, or returning to fitness postnatally, I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, every single week.
- Individualised training program specific to your goals & experience (fat loss, lean muscle gain, postnatal etc.)
- Individualised calorie & macro daily breakdown specific to your goals (fat loss, lean muscle gain, etc.) with adjustments made weekly as/when needed (please note, this is not a meal plan but empowering you with the education & tools you need)
- Exercise selection to fit equipment you have access to (e.g. gym, home, home gym)
- On hand contact direct with me to address any concerns whenever you need me with 24 hour response times (often sooner)
- Track & measure your progress e.g. progress photos, body metrics, weights lifted
- Upload form videos for me to review as well as notes/questions on individual workouts
- Weekly check-ins to monitor progress
- Programme adaptions every month and adjustments made weekly if needed
