As a certified level 4 personal trainer and coach, I am here to encourage you every step of the way and help you form a balanced daily routine, to fit around your busy schedule and reach your goals.
Having worked in busy law firms as a practising solicitor for over 10 years I know first hand how important it is for our physical and mental well-being to incorporate an exercise and wellness routine into our busy schedules.
I will assist you to build a routine that is manageable, realistic and fits into your schedule to achieve your goals. I will get you moving, sweating and learning new disciples and skills. Each session will leave you feeling energised, happier and stronger. My sessions are not easy, but they are fun, dynamic and accessible to all who want to push themselves and feel empowered by the end.
